Michelle's Baby Shower and Playdate

On Sunday, I hosted a shower for baby Arvesen to be and decided to get all the kids together too.

Michelle looked lovely and baby Arvesen should be arriving in just a few weeks, so it was nice for all of us to get her some baby essentials and enjoy a delicious brunch too. Thanks to all the Mommies who were able to come celebrate and a special thanks to Jen and Nikki for all your help!

Seeing all the kids together was so cute. They're all so big and smart and funny. We're all so lucky to have such great kids. It's hard to believe that 3rd birthdays are just around the corner. Life is good!

Checking Email

Maddie likes to copy Eric and me a lot lately. Here she is "checking her email" on her Dora "smart phone".

Legos

Maddie and Carly spend quite a bit of time playing with Legos. It's fun to see Maddie build castles, bridges, and many other things while Carly take things apart. Carly's favorite piece is the giraffe. It's so cute to see the girls play together happily.

Road Trippin'

Fourth of July 2011

We took a road trip to Laredo and spent the long 4th of July weekend with my parents. As always, we ate lots of yummy food, played some games and let the girls swim in the backyard baby pool.
